Low Carb Mock Shamrock Shake


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice 
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1/2 tsp liquid stevia 
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract or more to taste 
  • *Optional to make it green: 2 to 3 drops green food color

Directions:

  • Pour all ingredients into a high powered blender and run until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
  • Serves 1. Less than 2.8 carbs per serving.

*Note: For a mint chocolate chip flavor use chocolate flavor liquid stevia
