Chocolate Cheesecake Keto Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Stevia
- 100g/three.Five oz Unsalted Butter
- 100g/3.5 ounces ninety% Dark Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 200g/7 oz. Cream Cheese, chopped into chunk sized portions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease an oven proof dish.
- Melt the butter and chocolate collectively over a low warmth.
- When the butter and chocolate have melted, set aside to chill.
- In a huge bowl, whisk together the eggs, stevia, vanilla and salt.
- When easy whisk inside the chocolate until properly combined.
- Gently stir thru the coconut flour, one tablespoon at a time.
- Place 1/2 of the brownie batter into the prepared oven dish.
- Top with the chopped cream cheese and subsequently spread over the alternative 1/2 of the brownie batter.
- Place into the oven for 20 mins or until cooked in your liking.
- Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
