Mango Vanilla Smoothie Recipe



INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup 2 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass or jar. Sip and enjoy.

RECIPE NOTES

For soymilk use 1/4 - 1/2 cup depending on how thick you like your smoothies. Everyone has different preferences. Enjoy!
