THE BEST RASPBERRY PEACH SMOOTHIE


Ingredients: 


  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • Sweetener, to taste

Directions: 


  • Blend together all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until frosty. Taste, and sweeten as desired. Makes two 16-ounce servings.
