THE BEST RASPBERRY PEACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- Sweetener, to taste
Directions:
- Blend together all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until frosty. Taste, and sweeten as desired. Makes two 16-ounce servings.
