Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients


  • 3 kilos small purple or white potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
  • 1/4 cup desirable olive oil
  • 1 half teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced sparkling parsley

Directions
