OVEN ROASTED HERB AND GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES

Ingredients


  • 1 tbsp chopped clean herbs rosemary and thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 kilos Yukon gold potatoes halved or quartered depending on size
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese REAL Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 levels.
  2. Combine clean herbs, salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Set apart.
  3. Place potatoes in a massive bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with the seasoning combination, tossing to coat once again.
  5. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle on any seasoning left inside the bowl.
  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size, or until potatoes are gentle.
  7. Serve right now.
