The Best potato poppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pound small potatoes
  • ¼ Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ⅛ Cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ Cup bitter cream
  • ½ Brick cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to flavor

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil the potatoes in a pot till they are gentle.
  3. Set them aside to cool down and dispose of a part of the potatoes with a spoon.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and minced garlic.
  5. Fill the potato skins with the cheese combination.
  6. Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray, and upload the salt and pepper on top.
  7. Take to the oven for 20-30 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
