2 tsp coriander seeds or a little more than 1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp overwhelmed purple pepper flakes, extra for later
2 tsp floor turmeric
1 lime, juice of
1 cup chopped clean cilantro leaves
1 cup chopped sparkling parsley leaves
1 cup chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the potatoes and vicinity them in a large pot with enough water to cowl them. Bring to a boil, and let them cook dinner inside the boiling water for 10 mins or so. The potatoes must be cooked via but nonetheless firm.
Drain the potatoes and allow them to cool in short. Cut the potatoes in smaller bite-size pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a solid iron skillet on medium. Stir inside the garlic, purple pepper flakes and coriander seeds. Cook for two-3 mins then upload the turmeric and the lime juice.
Toss within the potatoes, and mix nicely to coat. Add half of the clean cilantro, parsley and fresh dill. Cook for four greater minutes. Add salt and black pepper in your taste.
Remove from warmth and pinnacle with more crimson pepper flakes and the final sparkling herbs. You can serve this potato salad heat or at room temperature.
