Ingredients
for dough:- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium scallops
- Spices: oregano, basil, salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
for filling:
- 3 tablespoons of tomato juice, homemade
- basil
- 80 g of mozzarella
Procedure:
- In the bowl, mix all the dough ingredients. Add the eggs and stir well. Mix for at least 30 seconds for psyllium to drain all moisture. Heat the oil on the pan and sprinkle the mixture of dough and sprinkle with the spoon to be on all sides of the same thickness.
- Bake the dough on the oven for a couple of minutes on each side. When it is almost ready add some tomato juice, mozzarella and basil to the feta, then put in a couple of minutes for the cheese to melt.
